2015

There were 1,19 million page visits from 228 countries and territories.

The most visited pages were: Albert Einstein Anecdotes; French Fairy Tales and Legends; Asbjørnsen og Moe (Norwegian); Norwegian Folktales; Latin Phrases and Proverbs; Irish Tales; Haiku by Basho; and Chinese Proverbs.

Some pages got a quite responsive design in 2015, and nearly 42% of the visitors used mobiles and tablets.

2014

There were 898,655 page visits (pageviews) from 224 countries and territories. Google had ca. 172,000 entries for "oaks.nvg.org". The 14 most visiting countries in 2014 were - rounded off to the nearest thousand:

A downward-sloping visiting trend since 2012 turned in the middle of May. Afterwards there has been a higher number of daily visits than the year before, for most part.

One third of the visitors used tablets and smartphones in 2014.

The eleven most visiting countries in 2012: United States (224,000) — Norway (84,000) — India (53,000) — UK (52,000) — (5) Canada — Philippines — Australia — Germany — unidentified — Sweden — (10) France — Italy.

2011

1.89 million page visits (pageviews) from 977 000 visitors from 217 countries and territories.

The most visited kinds of pages contained folktales, proverbs, Buddhism, quotations, Old Greek stories, the taxonomy of learning, humanistic psychologists, I Ching and other classics of Taoism, haiku, yoga, Till Eulenspiegel, and anecdotes.

2010

There were 1,8 million page visits from 868,000 visitors from 220 countries and territories.

2009

There were 1,6 million page visits from 706,000 visitors from 220 countries and territories. Alta Vista had 34,600 page references to the site on 20 December.

2008

That year there were about 1,4 million page visits (source: Google Analytics). Alta Vista had 30,800 page references to the site in late December.

2007
